This 36 year old festival has been produced by the Lexington Art League.

It is the largest, free, outdoor event with over 60,000 people attending

Head out for a day full of art, music, culture and fun at the Woodland Art Fair. This 36 year old festival has been produced by the Lexington Art League and is the largest, free, outdoor event with over 60,000 people attending Woodland Park to partake in the two-day event. The Woodland Art Fair is held August 20 and 21 with events that are fun for people of all ages.

A Midsummer Night's Run 2011

Tomorrow night an annual favorite event takes to the streets of downtown Lexington, A Midsummer Night's Run takes off at 6pm.

Beginning with free concerts at the Pavilion at 6pm the race schedule is as follows:

6 p.m. One-Mile Fun Walk/Run

6:35 p.m. The Fastest Kid in Town, a series of sprints for children ages 1-12.

8:30 p.m. 5K Race

Kentucky AgrAbility, Lending a Helping Hand to Local Farmers and Farm Families with Disabilities.

Kentucky AgrAbility was created in 1993 to help disabled farmers continue their way of life by providing farmers with education, modifying machinery to make machinery handicap accessible, and donating financial support to farmers and their family. The University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service receives funding from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to make Kentucky AgrAbility possible. Since the beginning of Kentucky AgrAbility, it is now all 120 Kentucky Counties and has spread to 25 states.
